Falkland Islands, a set with three stamps, "Brunel's SS Great Britain".

Solomon Islands, a set with four se-tenants about famous anniversaries. Left "200th anniversary of the birth of Isambard Kingdom Brunel", depicted the "Great Eastern" and Brunel. Right "300th anniversary of the birth of Edmund Halley", depicted a "diving bell" and Halley. To this set belongs another two se-tenants with Darwin and a turtle as well as Stephenson with his "rocket" steam-driven engine.

Norfolk Islands, a set with five stamps "Fletcher's Mutiny Cyclorama". Left the "Bounty at Portsmouth", right "Collecting breadfruit at Tahiti".

	Left "Pitcairners arrive Norfolk 1856". A cyclorama is a cylindrical painting designed to provide a viewer, standing in the middle of the cylinder, with a 360° view of the painting (Wikipedia).

Slovenija, a single stamp with wild-water canoeing.

Finland, a single stamp, "1606 - 2006 Vaasa Vasa".

	Cabo Verde, a set with four stamps and a souvenir sheet with one stamp "Treasures of the Sea". On these stamps treasures are pipes, telescope with jewelry box (?), cannon, rings and an astrolabe.

Føroyar, a set with two stamps, "Nordoyatunnelin". We see a local craft and a fish over the tunnel.

Romania, a set with three stamps commemoration famous persons. Here the stamp "500 de ani de la moarte Cristofor Columb", 500th anniversary of the death of Columbus. On the other stamps there are the painter Cezanne and the writer Ibsen.

USA, a single stamp commemorating Katherine Anne Porter. The American writer wrote the best seller "Ship of Fools".

USA, Canada, a joint issue with each a single stamp with the same depiction and a souvenir sheet "The 1606 voyage of Samuel de Champlain". On the stamp we see "Champlain surveys the East Coast".

Vanuatu, a souvenir sheet with one stamp "1606 - 2006, Vanuatu - Europe, 400th Anniversary, Meeting between two Cultures". On the stamp we see "1606 De Quiros Discovery of Vanuatu".

Russia, a set with two stamps "Alexander III." The Czar lived from 1845 till 1894. During his rule Russia made his step into an industry nation; including the ship building.

Russia, a single stamp "the circumnavigation of the Kruzenshtern 2005 - 2006". This sail training vessel is the former German "Padua".

Tristan da Cunha, a souvenir sheet with six stamps "500th Anniversary Celebration, Part Three". In the upper row from left "TDV Training WW2", "HMS Atlantic Isle 1944", "Potato Stamp 1946". In the lower row "First Postage Stamp 1952", "Gough Island Scientific Expedition 1955", "Volcano Eruption & Evacuation 1961".

Cuba, a set with two stamps "1960 - 2005 45 anniversario relacoines diplomaticas Cuba - R.P. China". On one stamp we see the Chinese Wall and a Cuban lighthouse.

	Sao Tome, two souvenir sheet "Golfinos e Farois", dolphins and lighthouses. From left top the towers are marked as "Berlin, Hirsholm, Bräskär, Hirtshals". In the second row "Järnskär, Hättan, Kullen, Ursholmen". On the left sheet "Lista".

The German transportation company RIDAS, Ribnitz-Damgartener Sicherheitsservice, had issued many own stamps in the past. Now the company offers a new stationary and a stamp with maritime topics Left the stationary about the marine memorial Laboe and with the submarine U-995 on the stamp. Right the single stamp with the memorial, which was finished in 1936.

To show some more stamps and/or whole souvenir-sheets the pictures are high compressed, so accuracy goes down.
